Ultima Ratio is a blog devoted to questions of defence and security and, overall, to strategic issues. Comments and critiques are not only appreciated but awaited and, so as to ease the debate, they will be moderated once submitted. You are thus responsible for your remarks.
No need to mention that any unrelated or illegal materials will be deleted. Undesirable comments will be removed and repetitive offenders banned. The Ultima Ratio team does not exclude a priori moderation of comments whenever necessary.
